If you’re looking to immigrate or assist others in immigrating to the US, I would highly recommend this book as a reference for different visa categories available to pursue along with each of their requirements/restrictions. As an employment-based immigration attorney, this book helped me better understand the function of different non-immigrant visas many of my clients have and how those visas fit into the green card process. I will continue to use this as a quick reference!

Can you enter the U.S. legally?

Let me rephrase that.

Excellent book. It goes over all possibilities in detail (with the exception of a few exceptions). I used this for my K1, and everything went smoothly so far. It has plenty of examples, sample letters and documents, and explains difficult terms in simple ways without omitting the exact legal meaning, and often the purpose from the US side as well. The book also goes over the possible pitfalls and frustrations you might encounter on the way, and how to avoid or solve them. Definitely made the US immigration process a lot easier, and they take the guesswork out of the administration hell. One of the most useful books I've ever bought, and it reads very easily for a book, let alone a legal book. Very talented writer.
