loves. Moses, Bobby, and Baah-bie find so much more than each other –
they discover the true and real meaning of Christmas and giving.
Bobby helps tend his father’s flock and Moses helps herd the sheep. Not
knowing the meaning of it, they all see the brightest star in the sky they
have ever seen. Its light draws them to the manger in Bethlehem where
Baby Jesus lay. They had no idea who He was, but Baah-bie sensed the
need to give the only gift she had hoping to help keep Baby Jesus warm. It
becomes The First Christmas Gift to Jesus, The Son Of God.
Written by K. N. Haywood, featuring illustrations by amateur middle
school artist/illustrator Ellie Miller, this book helps bring The First Christmas
