I wrote this book to help people who are working with groups. I am an acting, public speaking and team building coach. A lot of times colleagues and friends ask me if I know some helpful team building exercises. That's why I decided to make a collection of my best 101 team building exercises.
I believe the best way to achieve a good group chemistry is by actively practicing cooperation and communication skills in a fun and safe environment. Each exercise comes with a QR code that leads you to an animated Youtube video showing an example of how the exercise can be performed. I hope you enjoy my book and you will use it to make teams function in a better way!

As a drama teacher I'm always looking for nice group games and exercises to help my students bond. This book is great for me because it explains exactly what I can do as a teacher to do the exercises with my group. The exercises are diverse, fun and educational. 101, so more than enough inspiration!
