I didn't find this book particularly helpful or engaging, but maybe I would have benefited more from reading the book rather than listening to the audiobook. Ironically, I found hearing the long lists of example anxieties at the beginning of each section triggering and anxiety-provoking. I wouldn't recommend this book.

Really comprehensive overall. Though missed a trick with not including specific hormonal and biological changes that impact anxiety levels in perinatal period. For example, cortisol levels raised 2-4 times in pregnancy etc.
