This is a book for people who want to learn coding in general. While the language used to teach coding is Python, it includes comparisons examples in C, C++, and Java. The point of this is to provide you a well rounded view of computer coding. The book has a wide range of appeal to anyone of any age. Use this book to create a programming environment on your computer.

As with all starter books, you will eventually want to go beyond the basics into more advanced aspects of coding. Beestar would be one such place where you can continue learning about coding. Again, this is a great publication and the other books from the series are good as well.

Coding features are shown by using color-coding conventions that match what Python uses, which is nice to see in the book.
