A empowering little book of quotes and affirmations to, as the title suggests, help you to get through a breakup. Most of the affirmations revolve around self-love and changing the way you think, though I was more skeptical of the ones promoting the whole 'trust the universe' message. I think this is a nice, quick and relevant read even for those who aren't in heartbreak hell or going through relationship trauma.

This is a beautiful book of hope, self-compassion, and resilience. It is a great resource for any survivor of pathological love, that life does indeed go on after abuse.
