Informative on so many levels

This book meets you, your friends or your loved ones where you are as a Codependent. I dare you to take time out of your busy schedule to make a positive change in your life for the better! Practice mindfulness!

Amazing!

As someone who has ADHD, I appreciated how she got to the point, and organized topics well, so all of the chapters were easy for me to understand. I recommend this book to anyone who is starting out on any type of healing journey.

practical

Very practical guide. I like the examples it helps u to relate to the concepts in a personal level.
The book helps in identifying and overcoming codependence patterns.
