This was basically a shorter version of what was included in guide to optimum health, But the text wasn't exactly the same and I did appreciate a refresh. There is still a number of guidance in here which I feel like does not feel up-to-date especially regarding soy products. There is also language around good food and bad food so if you're looking to avoid that or looking for a book that is inclusive of people with a history of eating disorders etc I would not go for this one or at least understand that this is not going to be the end-all be all.

Very short, just under an hour but packed with SO much valuable information. A very good place to start if you are confused about what to eat (and aren't we all, with so much conflicting information out there).
