Too much fluff and focusing on all the wrong things.

2.5 stars. It insists upon itself.
A lot of the book is dedicated to how successful the author was in coaching others, which became grating after a while. Many of the tips shared are good, but most—especially taming adrenaline—were things I’ve already internalized.
The authors earnestness saved this from becoming a total slog, but it still would’ve been better as a manual.
