Terry L. Baker has been a teacher for over thirty years and a writer for the last fifteen.
Currently he teaches writing at Penn State Berks College in Reading, Pennsylvania. He has written two creative non-fiction history books for children (American Indians Greet William Penn and Colonial Pennsylvania), as well as 54 issues of Pennsylvania Windows, a history newspaper for young readers.
Mr. Baker, his wife, and three sons live in the country outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, near where the “longest walk” occurred. This is his first novel.
