This book is an one point destination that will clear all the doubts regarding a good, healthy lifestyle. Everybody is different and so is our body need. 'Food Guru' enables the readers to understand their own body and logically comes to the conclusion of holistic approaches for mending broken food habits and corrupt cooking practices. It's a mindful book that contains sustainable recipes helpful for people globally.

After all this time my search has come to an end, I've found a book that has extensive data on the journey of eating right through step by step guidance. 'Food Guru' thoroughly elaborates every aspect of not only eating healthy but eating right. With its comprehensive knowledge on ancient ayurvedic wisdom and modern science-backed explanations this book is a treasure trove of healthy lifestyle. As a person who consciously makes effort to take better decisions everytime when it comes to health and fitness, this book has opened a new door for me. The way everything is listed with utmost care and progressive manner is astounding.

Coming to the writing style, it's in very simple format, almost gives you a textbook vibe but not heavy on mindless banters, rather it provides presice and crisp details. Has short chapters which makes it easy and fast to read.

Most of the health related problems arise because we don't take proper nutrition & even if we take it we don't know in which quantity that nutrition is required for our body & why we must take it.

Food guru by Dr. Rupali panse is indeed a food guru.

This book is a complete guide for all your nutritional demands.
it's full of various ayurvedic recipes, nutrition knowledge & recovery diet.

I recommend you all to buy this book to make a shift from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle with a cup of healthful desert & cold drinks made from ayurvedic recipes instead of packed unhealthy foods.

In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years in an oral tradition from accomplished masters to their disciples. Some of this knowledge was set to print a few thousand years ago, but much of it is inaccessible. The principles of many of the natural healing systems now familiar in the West have their roots in Ayurveda, including Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy.

Food Guru by Dr Rupali Panse is an unconventional book which focuses on nourishment and diet in the Ayurvedic way, the importance of the right food according to the body type, the significance of water, balancer foods and most importantly disaster foods too. Also, emphasis is given to food to be consumed post illness like fever, dysentery, colitis, cough, cold etc. Apart from the ayurvedic wisdom, the author has mentioned 100+ recipes based on ancient science which are very easy to make and are of great help to the body. The recipes cover from desserts to pickles and from chutneys to the modern one-dish meal.

The book in general is a guide for natural wellness. The author, despite being a doctor herself, has used simple and easy-to-understand language and the usage of jargon is minimal. Each of the recipes mentioned is a neat way where we find the introduction, ingredients, the recipe itself and then most important the health benefits derived from it.

This book is a collection of useful recipes, tips, and dos and don’ts. Usually, each book has a preface where we can get an overview of the book and its contents.
But in this book, the preface is all about the author, and her experience in Ayurveda is explained briefly. Also, she has shared the real-time changes she faced during this pandemic and how she overcame the challenges. She also added a few points about her first patient and her diagnosis method which went wrong, and how she learned from the mistakes.
The book was divided into three sections:
Unlocking the Ayurvedic wisdom of nutrition
Wisdom in action: Ayurvedic recipes and more
Know your food well: nutritional facts of ingredients
Each section carries different information that adds value to our daily food intake and, in turn, helps us lead a healthy life. I specifically loved the last two sections. Because they are simple to experiment with and require little effort. The content includes the importance of dry fruits, species, aromatic pieces, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, pickles, oils, cooking styles, and so on.
The author added a personal touch to each topic by sharing recipe details, followed by tips and health benefits. As a result, the reader can apply it to their situation and benefit from it. Some additional information about food fusion with different combinations is shared. This book is apt for the proverb, "You are what you eat!" Live healthily with tasty herbs and Ayurvedic ways.

Very Good Book & I recommend everyone to invest less than Rs 500 and read.

In today’s busy world we forget that our biggest & ONLY asset is our body which we should take care of very well and INVEST in maintaining it very well. India’s Big Bull Rakesh Jhunjunwala said during his last days that he made bad investment in his health.

Foodguru is v good book if you love yourself and treat your body as Asset .as our body is what we EAT every day taken from wisdom of Ayurveda written by our Rishis and proven for 5000 ++ years instead of FAD diets which inturns finally make your body as your biggest LIABILITY with lot of deficiency and diseases.

Your guide to eating right by Dr. Rupali Panse is an excellent read and an excellent resource for lifestyle balance. This book includes an introduction to Ayurveda, daily activities, and several simple yet authentic Ayurveda recipes. I'm trying out the recipes and applying the eating recommendations and my family is loving it. This is more than a cookbook- it's a thoughtfully written manual that breaks down the spiritual science of the foods we eat.

The book "Food Guru" which is written by Dr. Rupali Panse is one of the best book that I liked the most. It is due to its design as well as its content. The Cover page of this book is quite impressive. As far as the content is concerned, I personally loved the content of this book. It is well-researched as well as firmly elaborated.
This book is divided into 3 parts;-
1. Unlocking Ayurvedic Wisdom
2. Wisdom in Action
3. Know your food well.
It contains more than 130 recipes that are easy to made and strongly supports our health i.e. health and taste in same dish. The book also contains several myth busters about the food combinations.

Kudos to the Author for bringing such a fabulous book.

The author, who is an Ayurvedic practitioner, has written this book from her own experience which offers authentic content in contemporary settings. This book is a guide to one’s holistic journey toward wellness.
The book has around 130 traditional, restorative, antiaging foods for both the mind and the body. But that doesn’t mean that this is just a cookbook. It offers knowledge much more than that. It shows that conscious nourishment is the soul of this book which shows that eating right is the best way to begin the wellness journey.

The book is divided into 3 sections. The first section is Unlocking Ayurvedic wisdom of nutrition, explaining the different basic Ayurvedic concepts. The section on Disaster foods is an eye-opener. There are so many food combinations that we are now enjoying that are actually like poison to our system! The magic masala chapter discusses the spices that Ayurved considers a superfood! The suitable foods and food to be avoided as per the body constituency is a very useful guide.

The second section is the Wisdom in action, with Ayurvedic recipes and more. This section is an actual treasure trove! There are recipes for everything from spread, dips, and soup to modern one-pot meals[with catchy names] and even recovery/healing diets! It’s not just the alluring recipes but the health benefits discussed at the end of each recipe that sparkles more! The dishes are Indian-based and the ingredients needed are what we usually have in our pantry.
The last section is Know your food well where the nutritional facts about the ingredients are discussed from the Ayurvedic point of view.
Overall, I would say this is an excellent book for anyone who is trying to make lifestyle changes which includes a proper diet according to their body type. This book also provides a better understanding of how the Ayurvedic diet plays a part in well-being and understanding the science of nutrition behind the foodstuffs helps in selecting the right type of foodstuffs that can be included in our diet.

One need to be blessed abundantly with integral strength, inner radiance and vitality. This book aims to bring it into us. The book felt a bit heavy for me as it is loaded woth lots and lots of information. The information when taken in batches will be really helpful.

Food has always be blessed with being a medicine to living organisms by nature. But when we take it for granted, it has many negative impact on our body. Anything taken less or more is toxic. Same applies to food too.

The book has 3 sections where the 1st one is about importance of Ayurvedic nutrition. This section gives us more insights about our eating habit, our lifestyle, how we need to adjust our life with food, and more.

The second section is all about recipes. To be healthy is not like we have to go on medicated food but one can eat all natural available food and ingredients. The section elaborates cooking tips, recipes ideas on sweet, soup, dips, chutney, cool drink, pickles and fusion foods.

The 3rd section has all nutrition facts if ingredients we use in day to day life and I was over whelmed because of it.

The most exciting part if the book is the recipes one as I could try on a variety of food items from that. It was a complete wholesome information. So I am very happy to get a complete guide for all my nutrition demands.

All the more one can easily follow the recipe given and enjoy wholesome food. Realizing the Ayurvedic principles behind cooking, the permitted food combinations for our body type was an eye opener. The simplicity of the recipes was an added bonus as it can be easily incorporated into daily cooking.

As the title, the book delivers wide series of food, their nutritional value and their recipes. We most often read fiction and non-fiction. However, such titles have always made their way to the most recommended compositions.
I praise the Author for her virtues been shared in her recipies through this book. It certainly seems an excellent read where the Author's concern seems to be the health and wellness of her readers. The book conveys innumerable health tips under the roof of wellness, nutrition and healthy diet. Therefore, this book is most likely to reach the wider audience when it comes to get through the walls of one's kitchen.
The book comprises of 100+ recipies which certainly seem to be advantageous throughout one's life to ease their kitchen needs when one is bothered for a healthy lifestyle.
The nutritions add value to one's life. Likewise, the healthy and ideal recipies been shared in this book add value to the quality of this title. Author's notion behind conveying and emphasizing upon the healthy diet, food recipes and surplus nutritional value is tremendous and worth to read and praise.

Being a fitness freak, I keep searching for books which serves as a guide to to be fit and healthy. I love to explore more about any kind of stuff related to healthy living and nutritious food. It is also very important to have a knowledge of cooking food in a way that the ingredients added don't lose their nutritional values. And this book has done that job very perfectly, right from the cover design to the contents, everything is so apt.

The whole book is divided into 3 sections:

The recipes given are easy to follow. It's a perfect guide for cooking and eating healthy. Also, the language and writing style is quite beginner's friendly.

It's the ideal cookbook for preparing healthy meals. Additionally, the language and writing style are quite approachable for beginners.
Each section of the book contains unique information that enhances the value of our daily dietry intake and, as a result, aids in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Because of this, the reader can use it to their advantage and benefit. There is some further information offered regarding the fusion of various foods. This book is very helpful, such a gem for today's youth.

The food guru is a book from an author who is an ayurvedic medical practitioner from her personal experience and the way she treated. We are what we eat is so true. If you eat healthy food in right quantity we will be healthy. Food plays important role in keeping our mind and body healthy. It has a lot of receipes which can improve our well being. The author also speaks about the combination of the ingredie Which can distrupt oyr bodily functions. This will be an eye opener for us all.

This is a guide to improve ourselves and make a helathy lifestyle. This was an helpful read for me. I loved the simple and delicate way the author explained about health and well being.

Nowadays most of us have a busy schedule and its hard to take time out for working out, but their is a shortcut to stay healthy without working out for hours, the shortcut is having healthy and nutritional diet, so i got my hands on the book named as "Food Guru " by author Dr. Rupali Panse.

This book is divided into 3 main section and various sub section. In this book author has talked abou various food and their benefits to body as per ayurveda. What i loved most about this book is that it has some amazing healthy recipes which is a must try.

I personally found this book helpful and would definitely recommend everyone to grab a copy

Food is the basic thing that maintains our health, if there is incorrectness of food that will reflect in our health gradually. The wisdom of science is Ayurveda which includes many food preparation rules, how to eat, etc. Here our author Dr. Rupali panse in his book " Food Guru" mentioned many delicious recipes (130+).

This book helps us to simple ways to prevent disease and protect health. The book is divided into three important sections.

The author did a great effort to convince us that food is important to our health. And written in a lucid form, very helpful

“Food Guru” book written by Dr. Rupali Panse, is very informative Ayurvedic wisdom book! Simply written, but lots of good techniques of cooking and also it teaches us when to use and how to use the spices and their benefits to our health!
After reading this book we learn that food is medicine and our kitchen is the pharmacy!
Overall very well written book!

Health is wealth as we all know , but when it comes to implementation many times we face hurdles.
The book "Food Guru" definitely helped me a lot to establish a routine diet plan with so many simple and healthy recipes making the implementation of it much easier.
The name of the book" Food Guru" is so appropriate, that I am sure each one of us needs one Guru in our lives. Since the foundation is based on Ayurveda, it makes it even more helpful by addressing the root causes good health.
Appreciate all the efforts taken by Dr. Rupali Panse and the publishing team.
I would definitely recommend everyone to buy this book and take a step towards achieving their health goals.
