The Jekyll and Hyde
Maggie has always been sweet, but life hasn’t treated her so well. But a lucky win, and she and her childhood friends get a chance to live their dreams. Maggie buys the Jekyll and Hyde Inn without knowing anything about it. So imagine her surprise when the locals refuse to enter because it’s haunted. But ghosts aren’t real!
Lucian ‘Lucifer’ Norton gave his life to stop a terrible crime and never regretted it. But by stopping the wicked murderess, he trapped himself in the Jekyll and Hyde. For centuries he protected the inn from those who would innocently awake the evil and set it free. So when Lucian comes across a woman who doesn’t believe in ghosts, he’s rather unimpressed. Even more so when Sweet is accompanied by a big heaping of Stubborn!
War erupts in the Jekyll and Hyde and not the war Lucian worried about. He has to keep Maggie safe, make her see sense while keeping the inn locked down and protected. But sometimes life has a way of turning upside down and what you thought was true actually was false. Can two determined, creative souls find their way and stop the evil in the Jekyll and Hyde forever?

I was born in 1974 in Dagenham, Essex, England! I moved out of Essex in 2002 and moved to South Yorkshire and then settled in Derbyshire in 2005.
I've got four sons, one daughter and seven cats! I'm still working out who is more trouble, the children or cats! My children and I love cooking together, movie nights and music.
I've written stories ever since I was thirteen but I never had the courage to publish one before. But we all know the famous song... This is me, from the Greatest Showman. It gave me courage to Indie publish and be myself! Never under estimate the power of a good song!
My favourite holiday is Halloween and I'm known as the crazy lady in my street when Halloween hits! My love of Halloween even carries over to Christmas when, alongside my big "normal" tree I also have a Jack Skeleton tree!
My favourite movies vary, Star Wars, LOTR, Pirate Movie, Amazing Mr Blunden, Phantom of the Opera, Memphis Belle., finally Olympus/London has Fallen. Music depends on my mood, country, pop, classical, even bagpipes!
Rage MC is the first series I've Indie published and lots more Rage MC books will follow. I have several other series' I'm working on as well. Loved it!
This author can sure dust up a great ghost story and I fore one definitely appreciate it. I had previously read the manor books and loved them, so to have a new series to explore the supernatural Harris style had me running to download the inns book. You might want to read this one with the lights on! Intriguing with twist and turns leaves you guessing till the next story. So, grab some coffee because it will be a long night.

Elizabeth N. Harris I finished it at 3am this morning lol I could not put it down. It was wonderful and it let me destress while reading it. I loved it and can't wait for the next one in this series. Keep writing so I can keep getting sucked in to your words and not going to sleep until 3am lol.

I love ghosts and the paranormal and after Love Beyond Death, so many of you who read it wanted more, and The Inns was created.
Maggie has had tragedy in her life but when she's rewarded for being a good person and wins some money, she treats herself and her friends to their dream, running period b and b's. She doesn't believe in ghosts and wants to rationalise Lucian. Lucian won't play ball!
Lucian is keeping evil locked up in the Jekyll and Hyde and has no intention of letting it escape. Should it do so, innocent children will die. But Maggie is weakening his defences and Lucian is torn between his duty and love.
Add in the usual shenanigans and the Rakehell Six and this story explodes in ways you can't imagine!

It's a ridiculous farce
I was so excited to find a paranormal story with a haunted inn as a setting, but I was so disappointed. It took me forever to finish the story and that was with skipping paragraphs. I read two or three pages then put it down to do exactly the same time and again.
It was a complete farce. Don't get me wrong, I didn't want a creepy horror story, only light entertainment. What was produced was a whole mixture of farcical events and characters from a sorceress to archangels.
How on earth did Maggie recognise each one and know that their names?
Sorry it was just too, too ridiculous for me.

This isn't my usual genre, but I can't wait for more. Elizabeth N. Harris is a one click author for me, so I had to read this; even if it wasn't what I would have normally chosen, and I'm so glad that I did! The tension and humor between Lucian and Maggie was incredible, and now not only am I waiting for the next one but I'm really hoping that there is a spin off for Lucifer. If you read it, you'll agree with me!

Elizabeth sucked us into more otgerworld drama
Hoovers, the cotton eyed joe, witches and stubborn personalities. What could go wrong? This is a story of good vs evil that you can't put down! I am in awe of the beautiful imagination that keeps giving us these fantastical stories!!!
This is a MUST READ, but I feel you should read the first Love Beyond Death series first to meet certain characters!!!

amazing
I loved this book. I was so excited for its release after reading the love beyond death series. Maggie and and Lucifer are just perfect main characters . The banter, pranks and sarcasm are brilliant but the storyline back story and character development make this book just amazing. Can’t wait for the other books in this series.

A wonderful introduction into the world of Love Beyond “The Inns”. Welcoming a plethora of the characters for us to explore and enjoy in a genre very different from the mc world we know from Elizabeth. It will test you believe in reality but open the doors to the power of love beyond the realm and scope of just one life. Well worth a read highly recommended x

Deliciously Entertaining!
What wonderful and brilliant story!! I so loved the characters and the plot twists were such fun. Old Friends joined in the adventure. Plus we fell in love with new characters. Such fun read. I adore this new start to a new adventure. Looking forward to the next book.

Wonderful
I seriously love this series!! So far all the books I have read from this author has been amazing. They draw you in and making you want stay up all night the finish your current book, so you can read the next one the next day! You won't regret it or reading the other series she has!

Awesome!!!
Woo-hoo! I loved the first series and now I get to read the next one. I love the interconnected storyline between books. And yet each book is a complete romance story. Keep up the good work. Waiting somewhat patiently for the next one.

Such an excellent book, an awesome read. I absolutely loved Lucien and Maggie’s story ❤️❤️❤️ this genre is out of my usual but I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant
The whole book is quite amazing and it's characters are very funny.
I read the first series and really enjoyed it.

This was a good book but it did start a little slow for me. Once I got to the third chapter I was hooked and can't wait to see what happens next in this wonderful world the author created!
