Someone Wants Revenge On The Ravenwood Women
Spring has come to Ravenwood, and with it the women are up to some old tricks. Things Never started by them, of course, but they Will make sure to finish whatever it is to keep themselves safe and wealthy! There are lies, murder, betrayal and more as these women find themselves the objects of a plot for revenge. But these ladies will do absolutely anything to keep their plate at the top of the table, to survive and thrive in any situation.
The author keeps you in suspense and shock at what you see happening before you, although by
now not much these ladies throw at us should surprise us at all! Lots to think about in this third book of the series, and I eagerly await the fourth and final installment due in December!!

With the third installment of his nightmarish “Ravenwood Series,” Ellem engulfs a reader's mind with another challenging read primarily focused on revenge this go-round – but don’t get too comfortable because murder, mayhem and the unthinkable continue as well.
The winter thaw is over, and spring has arrived in Ravenwood, Maryland. And the vow of loyalty among the crazy and wild ladies who reside on Mill Point Road strengthens as the dead body count rises and more threats and uncertainties continue to plague their lives. And as the gruesome and mindboggling plot thickens, The Sisterhood welcomes another member.
It's always a guessing game with this author. He throws lots of details and cryptic messaging into the mix while keeping the story fast-moving and shockingly sinister. Readers are flung to the darkest corners of the mind. Just when you think you might know what’s coming, there’s another expertly handled twisting surprise.
There are so many strings to untangle in this mixed-up melee of madness. I’ll admit that I finally made myself a character chart to keep track of who belonged to who and who was dead or still alive. And by that point in the series, I gave up on even trying to guess the good vs. the bad, or who might still be salvageable. Quite frankly, they all lied, cheated and hid deep dark secrets. But that kept things just that much more dangerous, suspenseful and threatening. And Ellem is an ace at never letting up on that specialty.
This cast of secretive and terrifying characters have thoroughly boggled my mind and scared the daylights out of me with each book – and I’ve enjoyed every minute trying to figure out their devious schemes and sinister ruses.
Ellem remains at the top of his game with this worthy addition, along with the two harrowing and twisty psycho thrillers that preceded it. He has this genre down pat. Doesn’t have a problem messing with minds and always leaves me gasping. These books aren’t for the faint-hearted but if you like your thrillers crackling with energy, ghastly, grisly, gruesome and sometimes even irreverent, his books fit the bill.
Readers are once again left hanging at the end of this third installment. And now the countdown begins for the 4-book series finale! With the end in sight, I admit that I’m overly eager for what lies ahead.

SISTERHOOD.
The third book in the Ravenwood Series-
Again we join the ladies from Mill Point Road, with added members joining in, all with their secrets to hide. Another dead body or two, an hilarious dead body disposal that doesn't all go as planed, a Detective trying to save her job, a journalist with great ambition that leads her on a deadly parth, and not forgetting a killer, that everyone's wanting to catch. I loved this book and found myself laughing a few times. Great characters, and a wonderful storyline. I'm now reading the final book in the series- An Unkindness of Sinners.
Highly recommended read.

This is the third instalment of the Ravenwood series and it certainly doesn't disappoint.
Someone is out for revenge on the ladies of Mill Point Road but as the suspect list grows so does the body count!
With loyalties stretched for the women can they all trust each other and keep their secrets.
As with the other three books the author Jack leaves a belter of a cliffhanger and I can't wait for the next and last instalment of the Ravenwood series.

J.K. Ellem did it again. The layering of the characters you realize just how complex they are. The first two books in this series didn’t address Haley Perez and this installment makes you see her as just as complex and flawed as the residents of Mill Point Road. You must read the first two books in this series to fully understand what is going on here.

Each book in this series has been a real page turner - and this one is no exception. I love the way the characters and storyline are building. A book full of surprises and suspense. I am very much looking forward to the next in the series.

More murder. Half truths. Lies. Secrets. Just exactly what you want from the Sisterhood. Tension is building. Loyalty versus betrayal. This is all going to end in unkindness and I am loving each instalment.

Nearly a 5
Truly enjoy the authors work. The complicated, twisted plots but it sort of bothers me that the story leaves the reader hanging, waiting for what comes next. Unfortunately I am hooked so I guess the answers will have to wait.

The first time I felt a bit of a lull but then BAM, he does it again with the slow drip of unexpected after unexpected that just had me flying through because I had to know what’s next! Fantastically addicting!!

These series of books are so good. You think they couldn't possibly come up with anything more exciting than the last book, but then wow they hit you with another winner. I thought this was the last in the series but to my delight there is another one...YAY! I already bought it and will start it now in the New Year!

I’m not sure how I felt about this book. It started off pretty good but got a bit ridiculous. It’s pretty strange how this group of women who all live on the same block have no issues freely admitting to murder with each other even though they aren’t what I’d call friends. I guess they all know they have enough on each other to protect themselves. I am going to finish the series but I still don’t really know if I like it or not.
