An extraordinary insight into the foundations of youth ministry. As a student reading this, it has presented some major ideas that I would not have come to recognize for years to come. All told an excellent quality of content that is truly worth reading for the benefit of yourself and your students.

A very good, no nonsense read. It got straight into the meat of every topic without adding any fluff. I found it more useful than I thought it would be as a youth volunteer and not a full on minister. I skipped over some of the more nuts and bolts sections that I wouldn't be dealing with, but most of it was about dealing directly with teens and not so much the programming, so it was very appropriate for me.
