Cyn and Dez are back in the next part of their journey~ Just when I thought things could not get any crazier, funnier, or better…surprise~ The girls are trying to discover more about the two men they both marked and marked them. Another player has entered as well, the Demon Prince, who is supposed to take the old Demon King’s crown. Dez is super drawn to him as well but he is not playing. Both girls will receive more symbols as they complete lessons they need to learn. Their friends will discover one of their biggest secrets. More secrets will be uncovered, some good some bad and some worse~ Those they believe to be friends, can they trust them? More action, more abilities, more steam, and most of all…an ending that will surprise you even more but will leave you wondering in the end…KB Anne delivers an epic fantasy reality with two sisters who never knew each other but are bonding over things happening in their lives. The transitions these two experiences are spot on~ the realistic emotions they feel as they discover things about themselves and one another that shows the author truly understands the building of a relationship with two sisters~ I laughed in so many places on this one~ The goddesses are just like real moms and aunts when making these two sisters tow the mark…trust me, for one epic joyride with a great fantastical storyline…buy both books in the series now~

Cyn and Dez discover new things about what they are capable of doing and go on their first mission but
are unsuccessful in getting their objective. They each gain elements they’ll need to graduate from the academy and also find out the men they are attracted to are hiding secrets of their own.
This is an enjoyable book which follows these two sisters and the close bond they now share because of what Dez did to Cyn! That bond comes in handy at the end of the book when Cyn is kidnapped and is able to communicate telepathically with Dez telling her where she is. It sets the stage for the next exciting installment in the lives of these two sisters as Dez races to her sisters aid with a powerful ally in tow as well!
I think readers of paranormal stories and romances will enjoy this book and I recommend it to you. The plot is well thought out and the page turning excitement builds towards the climax of the book which will also leave you wanting to get the next book to see what happens next!
The book definitely will hold your interest throughout
so you’ll probably find yourself burning a little midnight oil because you’ll not want to put it down!
I think you’ll find it enjoyable and well worth your time

Hello Lovelies
First of all, thank you to KB Anne for allowing me to review this book. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The sisters' banter had me thinking about how my sister and I act around each other. Mind you the Goddess as sisters is also how I act with my sister. They are also very protective of Dez and Cynda. Although it comes across as being possessive.
I knew something was up with Jace and I was ecstatic once I learned the truth about him. Although Caynon freaks me out still. I really want to know the story there. I loved the banter between the sisters and their respected others.
I loved Red and her no-nonsense attitude. Everyone needs a witch on their side. Also, a gargoyle who sounds handsome as hell. I would love a side story about those 2.
The world-building and magic systems were interesting and easy to follow. I usually battle to follow them but this was easy to follow.
Also what is up with Lamashtu and the freak baby? That made me laugh so much.
Overall I enjoyed this book and definitely cannot wait for the next one. I want to see where the world takes Dez and Cynda.

I've been excited for this book ever since the first book came out, and honestly it was worth the wait. The way things unravel in book 2 was absolutely spectacular, the plot twists were quite unexpected. I'm disappointed in myself for not picking up on so much of that. But it's nice to be left guessing or rendered speechless on occasion, both Dez and Cyn are brilliant characters with different personalities. They both have their strengths and weaknesses, and the humour and tension between them really does feel like that sisterly bond. The way things are heading at the end of this book has me desperate for the next book, especially to find out more on my favourite character...... Jace, although I also really love Gage too. That Gargoyle really captured my heart, he's such a unique and fascinating guy. This series is definitely my favourite from this author, but her other books are amazing. A certain goddess which I won't spoil and say who, but she is also in this series. I picked up on that straight away, and must admit it made me love this series even more.

I simply love the books written by author. There's always great characters and scene building. The first person/two character dialogue of this book provides the reader with an interesting perspective of their inner dialogue. These two characters have a tendency of getting into trouble so the reader can see how and why they make the decisions they make.
This book continues the story of sisters Dez and Cyn at the Silverwood Academy. They are training to become a part of the Sisterhood. Getting a tattoo signifies that they have mastered the element it represents (earth, air, water, spirit, and fire). But, they have their Mother Morrigan, and aunts to contend with and guys that they are attracted to (some hot sex scenes).
I suggest reading Book 1 of this series. However, I think this book can be read as a stand-alone. The ending made me excited to read the next book. Read this series/ book and let me know if you fail to fall in love with this author's books.

Wow! Yeah, that’s exactly what I said as soon as I read the last page of this book. This book was so good, I would dare say even better than the first. Cyn and Dez are still finding their footing and balance as sisters, demigoddesses, and everything else that comes with being at Silverwood Academy. Then, of course, there’s the issues of the complicated men in their lives, and boy do they get complicated in this one! So many questions from the first book get answered, but even more mysteries pop up for the girls. I really enjoyed seeing their relationship grow, and seeing both of them grow more in their abilities. This book was fast paced, high adrenaline and just so, so good!

Great second book to a fast paced series
"Vamp Awakened" is a great continuation of Dex and Cyn's story at the Silverwood Academy. It follows straight on from "Vamp Revealed" and the story telling switches from Cyn to Dez each chapter which is a cleaver way of seeing both views, with the story continuing smoothly. They are discovering new skills and powers which they have to keep hidden from their tutors and there are a lot of twists and surprises throughout.
A great second book and I look forward to the third part of the series.

Whew!! Let me tell you! Vamp Awakened did not disappoint! Twists I didn’t see coming! Who can we trust?! This book does not lack sass, spice, strong female badassery or mystery, which just so happen to be all my favorite things. I especially enjoyed the journey the Sisters are on. Not only are they learning more about themselves and their power but also what it’s like to have a sister after going so long without someone else that truly cares, like sisters do. The journey truly is special. The way this book ended has left me hungry for more! I read this book with the same vamp speed the sisters have. Trust me, you’re gonna love it!

Two sisters learning what it’s like to actually be sisters, hunting monsters together and getting captured together. The world building in this is incredible and the storyline, exciting and thrilling and full of secrets, suspense, magic, powers and some intriguing hot and sexy men! Cyn and Dez are still trying out their new powers and getting used to them in this fast paced paranormal read that has you on the edge of your seat with several twists and turns thrown your way. Fast paced and action packed, I loved this and cannot wait to read more.

Vamp Awakened
Ok so I have left this book in my TBR for a while and I finally got into the mood to read something with Vamps and paranormals.
I really like this series so far. Dez is feisty and Cyn as a new turned vamp is still learning about what she can do.....only they are not only vamps!! It has so many layers of secrecy, betrayal and so much pent up lust, it's crazy.
Plus they are fighting "the children of the Sun" I still don't know to what end.

We learn more about this world with every turn of the page! The girls cannot help but be sexy and naughty, which just seems to get them into more trouble. Cannot wait to find out what happens next, especially with the new secrets revealed!

OMG on so many levels!! This book had me on the edge of my seat at times and gasping/speaking aloud at others! And of course laughing aloud at some moments too! I loved it so much that I want more!!! I can’t wait for more! Go read this series!!

Sooooo... whoa! Love the sisters and the powers they are coming into! A demon king, a dragon and the goddesses! I love how the story is coming together. There is more action and unexpected turns! I want to believe all the "good" characters are good but I am seriously questioning the "good" and "evil" of several characters! I feel in the 3rd book it is going to be an action steamy packed roller coaster of emotions!
