Out of date but covered the principles well. I liked the workbook that came with it. The work book was necessary since there weren't good example problems in the book. Some equations have been updated since the book, for example, the book still uses the old NIOSH equations. Additionally, monitors and digital use has skyrocketed since the 90's and it is only laughably covered in the text. I was told it was a classic. It is easily readable for persons with no background in human factors.
