“I really wasn’t sure who I wanted to be together but I was more than happy to go on this journey with them.” Don’t Stop Me Now is the third book in the Don’t sweet romance trilogy and should be read in order, especially if you’re Team Dawson !
Dawson’s epic love story should be called How To Travel the World with Your Best Friend and not Tell Her that You’re in Love with Her . As much as Dawson wants Neely, their friendship stands in the way, there’s too much Shae, and the one time Dawson said those three little words to Neely was the one time Neely had nothing to say.
Dawson knows Neely is the best thing that’s happened to him. But with Grayson in the picture, will Dawson lose his best friend?
After living her life in her brother Grayson’s shadow, Pepper finally has her dream bakery. But bread is tough a business in the small town she grew up in and she needs a tasty treat to bring in the townsfolk.
And then Pepper gets a taste of Reuben. Technically, his cupcakes, but still. Yum.
Stealing Reuben’s recipes might the best way Pepper can save her bakery. But not telling him the truth will be definitely mess up what could be the best thing that’s ever happened to her
Don’t Stop Me Now is a sweet treat, full of missteps, movie bites, and one big missed opportunity as Pepper and Dawson put everything on the line for true love.

I knew that the couple I wanted together would not work out and was not sure I wanted to read this one—but the first two were excellent and it was suggested that I might change my mind about the pairing if I read it. So, yes it was really well written and explained why the author handled this the way she did. When you think about it, if she wrote endings the way we want, books would get pretty boring.
Thanks, Holly, for your books and allowing me a sneak peek into this one with a complimentary copy.
First, I’ll say that I quite enjoyed this book. I’m going to repeat some things I said in my review of book 2. And FYI, you should read these books in order and not as standalones. The author broke out of the standard path of dual POV contemporary romance. (I wouldn’t really consider these rom-coms so much…there’s more serious content than humorous moments.) Books 1, 2, and 3 in the series run along the same timeline and include a lot of the same events. The difference is that each book is the perspectives of two different characters. There is another way this set-up differs significantly from traditional books in the genre, but I can’t spell it out. All that out of the way, I was pleasantly surprised that I found all three books engaging and enjoyable. I had worried that I would find rehashing the same timeline boring, but it wasn’t. There was enough new content and the new perspectives and events kept me interested. I really liked all the characters and it was actually kind of fun to move on to the next book and learn more layers of them. Pepper was very much just in the background of the other stories, and we learn so much more in this book. The trauma of her father’s abandonment casts long shadows in her life and choices. I think the real revelation here, however, is Dawson. He’s a more important character throughout the series, but there is soooo much more to him. This book is where we really get to know him. I loved meeting his brother and other members of his family. (There’s some carryover to the Suitor Science series too.) This book was a good wrap-up of the multiple POVs along this timeline. Over the three books there has been a lot more depth added as we learn new layers. It’s a closed door book.

Don't Stop Me Now is the third book in Kerr's Don't sweet romance collection. This contemporary romance features Dawson Jacinto and Pepper Grant. These books flow one into the next so it is important to start from the beginning of the collection.
Dawson and Pepper meet at a wedding. As they watch their friends pair off at the event, with everyone continuing to hang out overnight and into the next day, they end up hanging out together. The conversation is easy and comfortable. Could we be watching the newest pairing in its initial stages? Unlikely when they've both got someone else on their mind.
Pepper is Grayson Grant's sister. She's always lived in her brother's shadow as he was the professional baseball player and reality show star. Pepper keeps a level head and is always ready to offer her brother advice. But her head isn't so level when it comes to Reuben Stuart, a beast of a man who has amazing skills when it comes to baking cupcakes. Their shared passion for baking can certainly bring these two together except for one thing.... Pepper has a lapse in judgement and makes a decision that weighs heavily on her. Will that one decision ruin everything?
Dawson likes Pepper, but only as a friend. His heart belongs to his best friend, Neely Sclazo. Theirs is a love that cannot be as there is too much at stake. But as he watches her with Pepper's brother, Grayson, he can't help but become more and more frustrated. Has he lost his chance?
It was fun reading this story from another perspective. My favourite character from this book was Reuben. He seems like a giant teddy bear. I want to hug him and squeeze him. It hurt my heart when he learned that his trust was broken. He has such a kind and generous heart though. He is a beautiful man.
This book follows the same story as the first two, but from a different perspective. The Dont series is the same story but explores different perspectives with different characters, which is interesting because you get to know each character on a deeper level and understand their thoughts. This book focuses on Pepper, and her love for all things bakery, whilst trying to accept love into her life. It also follows Dawson, and shares his thoughts and feelings about his family, and neely.
Pepper loves her shop, but she doesnt tell anyone that its not doing well and decides to steal recipes from Reuben, whos a baker just like her. Dawson has never told anyone he loves Neely but things are about to change.
Overall, I enjoyed this story despite being familar with the general plot, I liked learning more about the characters
I think Reuben should have been more angry about someone stealing their recipes and making profit from them. All that hard work for someone to go and take it, I just dont think there was enough feud in that part of the book. Despite that, I enjoyed getting to know the characters more in depth - mainly pepper. I am glad Dawson and Neely do end up together, and im glad Pepper accepted love into her life.

Dawson has been in love with his best friend Neely for years but after a rejection when they were younger, he thinks she doesn’t feel the same. Neely and Dawson’s friendship has been suffering lately and no matter what he tries, he can’t seem to get it right.
When he meets Pepper, they hit it off, but he is still distracted by his feelings for Neely. He an dPepper become good friends and she helps him to see that not all may be as it appears. She is aware of what is in Grayson’s contract and is frustrated that he has let it get as far as it has. When Pepper meets the gruff Reuben, she is as smitten with him as he secretly is with her. But she is hiding a secret that could destroy their relationship before it has really started.
Misunderstandings, half-truths and a sudden revelation leaves Dawson and Pepper with their own decisions to make. Does he take a stand and fight for the woman he loves or does he walk away and sacrifice his own happiness for hers? Will Pepper have the courage to tell Reuben the truth? Will Reuben be able forgive the woman he has come to love?
Finally, this book gives me the ending that makes the series worth reading. I honestly felt like the other two left so much left unsaid, but really, if the previous books did have endings wrapped up, it may have given too much away for the rest of the books. Especially Neely/Grayson book. That one only bothered me though because I liked Grayson more than Neely so I wanted more for him. I still wish there was more to the ending to wrap up the other stories, but it's not bad. It does wrap up everyone's lives for at least what had happened for a few months. You definitely need to be prepared to read all three in a row, no breaks for others books. It's really a story all together. It really, this is the least traditional romance of the three because our main characters want someone else the whole time and there never was a relationship between them beyond friendship, but others thought there was.

This book is extremely intermingled with Don't Want To Be Friends, which I read right before, and this did answer all of the questions hanging from that book, but I feel very strongly with all of the overlap, confusion, and different points of view these two books should have either been re-worked as one longer book with all the stories intermingled or as two separate stories with HEAs and just repeating characters. I did like all of the characters, and enjoyed others in the series, but I found these a slog and repetitive. Fortunately they are available on KU so I could skip through the parts that repeated. I rated this on higher because at least the questions were answered and there were HEAs but you definitely have to read them right after each other!
Knowing how the last book ended, I approached this one with more than a little trepidation. I wanted this opportunity to get to know both Dawson and Pepper better, but my heart was still a little bruised from that last twist. Having read the previous books in the series, I was a little bit prepared for some of the sharp turns this story takes. However, because we hadn’t been treated to all the family drama these two are caught up in, there were plenty of surprises in store for me. I love that we finally get to see what the happy endings look like for this group of friends, but I am desperate now to see a happy ever after for the last Suitor standing. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book through Booksprout.
This is the most unique reading experience I have had with the romance genre! A trilogy where each book covers roughly the same period of time but from different character POVs is very interesting! By the third book I was slightly tired of the similar pace and plot, but it was still a different experience because you get more of a backstory from Dawson. Also, there were so many twists that it wasn’t easy to predict who ends up with who! (Maybe I was cheering for someone else, but maybe they get their own book?!) Great characters with a beautifully entwined story. Definitely recommend, but you have to read all three to get the whole picture! I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.
Awesome! Dawson is centre stage in this one . He’s in love with Neely and has been since they were young but he fears another rejection like back then . He doesn’t ask her just assumes . I don’t know , these men! He meets Pepper they hit it off but she makes him look at things differently. There’s something brewing and it’s not his doing but can he come up trumps and what about Pepper and stubborn Reuben? Great writing and definitely a read book one and two first. Bravo Holly Kerr for those differing points of view . You had me hooked from the start and almost anxious to read . A very good read indeed . Great writing , good attention to detail and immersive.

I might be a teeny tiny bit biased, because Dawson has been one of my favorite characters in the series, and I was rooting for him to get his HEA pretty much since book #1. And I loved getting to meet his family, dysfunctional as it might be - especially Grammy. :D I also enjoyed getting to know Pepper, who had always seemed somewhat overshadowed by her brother. And, let's not forget, this story also contains a healthy dose of one particular Scottish maître pâtissier, and I'm here for all of it!
PSA: The three books in the series are best read in order since the stories are so heavily interconnected.
Don't Stop Me Now is a sweet, heartwarming, friends to lovers romance. A Pepper/Dawson romance? Nope, no sparks there. Dawson is, and always has been, hung up on Neely, but when he told her that she had no response. It was fun to learn more about the families of these friends while they are home for the wedding. There is lots of drama, a few surprises and a journey to another HEA. This series is a bit like the move Groundhog Day. They cover the same time frame from a different character's perspective. Each book captures me until I reach the end. It has been a most enjoyable and entertaining journey.
Don't Stop Me Now is the third book in the Don't Sweet Romance series. This book is the conclusion of the stories of Shae, Dawson and Neely and the overall story-lines that run through the books in the series. These books should be read in order to better understand the characters and events, but to be truthful it can be a bit much rereading the same event over and over but from different characters POV's. Even with that though this is a sweet, warm, and enjoyable story.
I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
This one did me in…. I was confused from the start, not understanding the pairing up of the characters. Throwing a brother in there to further mess up any love connection added to the confusion since I hadn’t sorted out the other characters. The overall effect was that I didn’t enjoy the story and didn’t have the energy to ultimately sort it all out. Having Dawson meeting and liking Pepper, while still having feelings for Neely, and Pepper meeting and attracted to Reuben who is attracted to her, well if I have to write myself notes to remember the players, it’s not a good sign. This just wasn’t for me this time.
Holly Kerr's books are always so fun to read. I absolutely loved getting more insight into Dawson's life and really wish there were a follow on for Pepper and Reuben. I'm not sure I entirely liked the idea of having the same event described from three different characters points of view, but it really does give me more insight into each of the characters. Of the three, I feel like this one had more character development and backstory as well. Overall, I liked the book and I thought it was a great end to the trilogy. Can't wait for another book by Holly!
Heartwarming, Clean Romantic Comedy I love this series! They do need to be read in order. The author has something very special here. The first book is the basic story. The rest of the books in the series are the same story from different points of view. Even in re-telling the story, it is totally different when the occurrences are seen from a different viewpoint. This is a great series and totally binge-worthy. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This story was supposed to be about Dawson and Pepper, but it’s pretty apparent early on that she’s more interested in the baker Reuben and Dawson has finally realized this his long term love for Nelly may not be unrequited. We also learn more about Dawson’s family and he meets a half brother who gives him a dream opportunity for a gamer like Dawson. There are a lot of references to 80s movies in this book. I laughed and I rooted for these best friends and their new friends to find their happily ever after in this final book in the series.
This is an entertaining friends to lovers, romantic comedy book that holds your attention captive from beginning to end. The storyline is intriguing and dramatic as the elements unfold. The characters are well written with challenges to each of their dynamics that either interferes or improves their bond together. it is fun to watch their experiences and how it impacts their relationships. I enjoyed this book.

I wasn't sure if I was team Grayson or team Dawson in the previous book so learning more about Pepper and Dawson sure was nice.
Pepper and Dawson are nothing more than friends but in this story we learn more about what's going on inside both of them and I have to admit that I'm all team Dawson now, he truly deserves to be happy after all these years.
I received an advanced copy of this ebook in exchange for my honest review.
I am not really a Dawson fan, and after the ending of the previous book I was left a little shocked. We do get to learn more about Dawson in this one, and while I still don't completely understand his relationship, I can see a little more how he got there.
I was really happy to read about Pepper's relationship, however. I enjoyed her part in this story, and although it was a little predictable, it was still fun to read. I am glad she got her HEA.
I have liked reading this series, it is something a bit different, with each book being about the same period in time, with the same core group of people, just told from different viewpoints.
This is the third book in a series. We get to see if Dawson can find his movie love scene. And learn more of his family, I absolutely love his Grammy. We also learn about Pepper, who seems to always be overshadowed by her brother, Grayson. Can she let go of all the hurt and pain that her father caused? Let go so she can feel worthy of love. Loved this book, and hoping to get to see if Grayson finds his suitor.
What an amazing series! You will want to read the books in order so if you haven't read the previous books, you'll want to read those first. The story is well written, flows smoothly and pulls you in. The characters are fun to get to know, engaging, easy to relate to and enjoyable. Grab your copy today and enjoy!

I've read several books written by Holly Kerr; she has written another good book; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
This is the third book in the Don’t Sweet Romance Series but is better if read in order to get the characters background; I loved the story between Shae, Dawson & Neely.

The Pepper and Dawson matchup does not work other than as friends. Dawson glows around Neely and Pepper is busy with the bakery. Many of the friends from the previous books cross through this one so we get some updates on them, too. The characters and storyline are great and the surprises and twists bring them full circle. Loved the ending and wish there was more.

Don't Stop Me Now is book three in the Don't Sweet Romance series and I recommend you read the first two books in the series to fully understand what is going on. In this book we get Dawson's version of everything that has happened. The storyline is good, the characters are believable and the ending is great. I like the way this author gave us a story packed with drama and how each book held my attention from beginning to end. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
I may be in the minority, but I found that I had trouble connecting with all the characters in this book. I wasn't sure if it a me thing, the writing style or just the characters themselves. I don't think there was anything wrong with the book, it just didn't work for me. *I received an ARC of this book from Hidden Gems and this is my voluntary and honest review.
Again, the author has given us a well written story line and characters that will keep your attention, however there was just something missing in this book for me. I really enjoyed the first book in the series but these last two just did not match up to that one.

A really cute, entertaining romantic comedy. I was laughing at times and holding my breath at others. This story was heartwarming a great addition to the series. The whole book series is very entertaining, well written and easy to read, definitely read it in order!.
