Rate this book
Loved Fifty Shades of Grey but prefer a story with bite? You're in the right place! Jarryd’s Journey is a pre-sequel novella, set six months before the first Journey of Innocence series book, Innocence Lost begins. Jarryd is a savvy business man, an entrepreneur… and also a few hundred year old vampire. He is loved and envied in equal measures all around the world, and his loyalty, once earned is unquestionable. His movie star good looks and perfected manners, that go back to his Southern charm, assures him that he is never without a bed partner for long. But even though he smiles and loves, his heart is empty and at long last he is ready for his forever and a day love. But at what price will it be? Will he survive? Or will it cost him everything that he holds dear? Even knowing all the facts, is he willing to pay the ultimate price when the Elder vampire Blake, a close friend of his, makes a very important request? Does he really have any say?

OMG!! Helen's books never cease to amaze me. HOT, HOT, HOT. I loved it! As a huge paranormal romance junkie, this book, the series is a must read. Forget 50 shades of grey. This S#$% is off the charts when it comes to hot, steamy and erotic passion.
