Dark Paradise is a thrilling ride of vengeance, mob politics, and an enemies-to-lovers dark romance that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Great storyline! This book has so much potential, the execution needs a little work but it's easy to read and has a good plot. Great spice level and I love the characters. What happens when the person who killed your wife now has eyes for the new girl in your life? Grab a copy and see.
Wow. I rarely to never read spicy books because I feel so many terms used during “scenes” are cringey. That being said, I felt like this author did a fantastic job of bringing SPICE that I didn’t feel needed to be skipped through entirely (or at all). That being said, I was a fan of the book as soon as it had character descriptions, something that I never see anymore and appreciated maybe more than one should. The plot was excellent with characters that truly had depth. While I did roll my eyes at Uriah more than once, he is human and has a story. I do hope that the author goes on to write stand alone books with the other couples featured in the story. Overall, this was a great vacation read- If you like spicy, action packed reads, and read the trigger warnings, this book is for you.
Absolutely obsessed. I love how strong of a character Elysia is, she’s gone through so much but still pushed through. I love all the brothers, but Lucas is definitely my favorite. He’s so funny! Can’t wait for the next book 🥰

the character development from our female heroine is to die for, we start off as the lovely dancer not knowing much of the world. then we meet our broken king and suddenly we are the baddest bitch on the block. the confidence of this woman is to die for

This book is a fast read with a quick punchy pace that doesn't disappoint. For me I enjoy consistent pacing and Jillian did magnificent at this while keeping interest. It's a dark fantasy with a grumpy sunshine trope for adult (18+) readers who enjoy spice. I don't want to say too much and give way the whole thing but if you enjoy mafia romances, or grumpy love interest with a soft spot who fall fast then this could be a great read for you.
Flew through this book. If you’re into mafia, friendships, men with mouths on them, and touch her and die vibes, this is a great and easy read! Fast paced and great character development.
Firstly, the spice and the mouth of Mr. hale. Secondly, all these badass women. Thirdly, the representation of mental health!!!
I can’t choose a favorite brother, but it’s probably URI. I do be loving a morally Grey, touch her and 💀, I only am sweet for her man. And then I think it would go Lucas then Theo if there was a 🔫 to my head and I had to choose favorites.
The little banter between the women in this story is adorable and hilarious, it's so cute! The book is fast-paced and witty. Also, Alestria 🔥 she is fückïng fire. and Elysia is so adorable 💕 I love her.
