In 2020 and 2021, many were isolated at home and encouraged to stay six feet away from others when venturing outside. The internet emerged as the primary way to stay connected. The majority of this poetry collection emerged as well. Against the backdrop of a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic that thrust the world into uncertainty and in between zoom meetings and long walks, writer Billy Rose penned poetic reflections on his faith, politics, grief, and racism.
