Completa revisión de un libro acerca del liderazgo cristiano. Lástima que se repitan muchas ideas, se perciba la prisa por escribirlo y se realicen múltiples recomendaciones a autores similares, cuyas ideas ya quedan expresadas en el libro.

This was an interesting and motivational book based upon Biblical tenets. You can, and probably should, read it in segments, and apply it. It is worthy of reading for the ethical lifestyle we should live. Filled with a number of tenets to live and do business by. Definitely well worth the time to read through and learn from!

Challenging
The idea of living the Monday Morning Christian life rather than the Sunday Morning Christian life requires a lot of adjustments. The Good news is that if you walk in the spirit, you can achieve that fete. Four key questions need to be answered to get you there. What are you supposed to be?
What are you supposed to do?
What are you supposed to have?
What are you supposed to give?
Answering these questions will ultimately open your eyes to your purpose and your calling and lead to a life of success. Success is defined in the book as simply “becoming the person God created you to be, so you can do the things you need to do, so you can have the life He wants you to have”.
This is not a self help book but a book that encourages you to live your life for God by helping people be the best they can be.
The theories in the book are backed by scriptures.
I will recommend this book to anyone who wants to experience growth not just in business but also in their chosen endeavours.

A NEEDED MESSAGE
What a difference it would make if believers saw the marketplace as their mission field! Partridge provides the pattern and inspires the passion for doing just that. The book gives stirring illustrations and practical applications, rooted in a Biblical foundation. Pastors would be wise to share this with business people in the church on Sunday in order to maximize the opportunity on Monday.
