Two Tales to Tell is here to continue Rowe's story. Brace yourself, Rowe is back to be irritating. LOL! She's getting comfortable, and that's fine. I want her to be able to heal and recover, but she's entirely bent on sticking to what she wants to believe. Haut is evil, her dreams are "lies", and the world is against her. Okay, I might be exaggerating a bit...or am I? You'll have to read to see for yourself.
Good news? Haut makes an appearance! Yay!! Wait for it though...all is not well. Now, what is going on with Rowe???? Seriously!!! She won't even listen to what he has to say because it doesn't fit her personal narrative. Yes, insert eye roll and a sigh of exasperation. I need girl to get a clue. A huge one, please and thank you. What is great about this book? Getting the other side of the story she's already been told! Yes! Total score!
Wait for that ending though...plot twist and total what the what?! moment. Make sure to close your mouth at the end. Good storytelling on the part of the author, but I need Rowe to 1) grow-up and 2) stop being such a brat. Not everything is what it seems. Shouldn't she have gotten that by now? 4 out of 5 stars for this addition to the serial series.

Rowe is not okay. She's lost Tris and Owen, she fled from Haut but she's not alone. She has another mate, Ros, and he gets her. Now if the voice in her head would stop calling for her. Even worse, she's dreaming of Haut. And he's feeding into her greatest wishes, telling her what she wants most; telling her pretty lies. She's not going to fall for his "Hautness" this time, she's already lost too much.

Oh boy, for the first time ever I got frustrated with Rowe. Now is the time you decide to think like a rational person?? I wanted her to take a leap of faith. So much. I understand her reasoning but I am impatient for her heart to be complete, and I fear time is not on her side. Still, I appreciate the added time spent with Ros. His version of the original story was eye-opening. And that ending? NO! Confused? Then you haven't been keeping up with the Hartford Cove serial, and I suggest you start today. It's wildly entertaining, surprisingly emotional, and an unpredictable original read. So good!

Disappointed

I’ve loved this series, until the last two books. Everything is Ros. I want her back with her wolves, in Hartford Cove where she belongs. Not to mention how gullible she is, she needs her wolves. She so mad at Haut, I get why, but she wasn’t even listening to what he was trying to tell her about Tris. I’ve always loved Rowe, but not so much now. This series has taken a disappointing turn, and I’m not sure wether to continue on or just give up on it.

I love this series

Ms Frost continues the awesomeness of Rowe. I love discovering more details and background to her story. Rowe's zany humor and her sassy courage are a joy. I highly recommend this book and series.
