An absolutely epic continuation of book 1! Book 2 has many more ups and downs with some hilarity thrown in. Sythia has now found herself with TWO mysterious sexy men on her mission to save the world from the big bad. With twists and turns along the way we see her advance and become a true force to be reckoned with. With an epic gut punch of a cliffhanger ending, G.R. Loreweaver makes us fall in love, cry, rage, and root for a HEA all over again!

I was so ready to get back into Sythia’s story and I wasn’t disappointed. It was so easy to fall back into the magical world GR created.
Blake still has the naughtiness about him that I loved so much in the first book.
Lucian is a great addition to the plot. The dynamics between the three characters are already so good and I can’t wait to see them interact together some more.
I love that Forsythia is finding her way and learning exactly how strong she really is and the confidence in herself is growing too.
That ending though…! I’m going to need some time to process.

This is the second book in the Noctifer Witch series. I loved how much Forsythia has changed as far as trusting in her magick. She's still our Clumsy Heroine that we love, and there are some laugh-out-loud moments with her clumsiness. Her inner dialog keeps you laughing through most of the book.
The Watcher shows who he is almost right away. You'll fall in love with him too. He's such a caring person who grew up in such a tough background. He cares for our favorite Heroine as they head out to find Blake.
Blake finds the will to survive even though he thinks Forsythia has passed on to the Ether. He holds on to the pain in his chest, not realizing that he's calling to her.
Forsythia has to trust her instincts to find her mate. Will she find him in time? Will he still want her? What will they face when they get there?
This part of the story takes her and Lucian, her second soul bonded mate, on a journey to find Blake, her first soul bond mate. Once there, they then face more loss and a more extensive determination to fight the Creatori.
Several surprises come out as the book moves along, and it does end on a cliffhanger.

Updated review (7/21/2023): This book has been updated since the first review I gave. So here’s a little more. This book is still so so good that I read it in a couple of hours. It was just as good the second time I read it. I felt all of the feelings the same as I felt them the first time even though I already knew what was coming. I still loved every bit of the journey the second time around.

Lucian!!! Loved this book sm 💖💖💖.
Forsythia is still going strong, and I'm loving it! Blake is the damsel in distress here who needs to be saved, and she saves him.
The connection between all the characters is so strong, I love it 💖. Plus, some of the scenes just made me laugh my fucking ass off, seriously. 😂😂😂

I just love forsythia! She is so witty and just awesome. I had a few laughs in her escapades with her mate Lucian. She searches and heals Blake . There some nice steam in this book and the shocking revelation that is made. There weee tragic moments but I hope she can fix this one . I can’t wait to find out what is next for forsythia .

Absolutely perfect continuation of the series! G.R. Loreweaver shows how brilliant and relatable her writing is, which is why I devour her books. Once again, Forsythia shows just how much of a strong badass character she really is. I have loved everything about her from the very start of this series and I know I will continue to do so. In this book, you're introduced to Lucian, who is her 2nd soulmate. As soon as Lucian was introduced I fell for him right away and continued to do so as you watch their journey together to rescue Blake. I absolutely love that she has two soulmates and the different relationships she has with each one. By the end of the book, I was blown away by the cliffhanger ending and I can't wait to continue on with the series.

Forsythia has come back from being dead for 3 days, but it was worth it to talk to her mother one more time. Now she is training to rescue Blake who is her soul mate. On her way out of the Merfolk village she meets Lucian who joins her on her rescue mission. Good thing too because she can use the help.
I loved this sequel and can't wait to see how Forsythia's story ends.

Our story opens with Forsythia working on her training practice with the help of the children from the merfolk village. She's working hard on the tracking skills with the help of Blake's gramma. Blake was taken by some bad magicals and she needs him back. Forsythia approaches Blake's motorcycle. Out of the woods comes a huge man, Lucian, and he has been watching her. He gets on the bike and says he will get her where she needs to go, safely. He's seen her attempt to master the bike and she hasn't gotten any less clumsy. just getting on the bike is hilarious and well described. I could see it and feel it. That's where our author is a master at character building and world building. Her words draw you into her story so you see and feel and experience what the characters do. I was so immersed in the story, it was vey hard to put down. Lucian and Forsythia start on their quest to find Blake and so much more. The only think I didn't like was when I read: Forsythia's journey continues in...The Noctifer Witch series: Book 3. Cliffhangers are awful when reading such well written stories.

Noctifer Soul is a good continuation of this series. Book one ended on a cliffhanger, with Blake being kidnapped by the cultists. We jump right back into the action with Forsythia meeting a new ally, which also solves a bit of a riddle about who her mysterious watcher was in book one. This part of the story is a pretty much non-stop ride as she gets to know her new mate while tracking down Blake. Be ready for suspense and violence, as well as some amazing magic. Forsythia is an incredibly strong magical force while still being grounded by her slightly clumsy nature. Her humor helps cut through the very serious nature of the plot. It's satisfying to unravel the many mysteries of the past that the author has set up, but all is not answered yet! We'll have to keep following the gang to see what happens. Also don't be surprised by another cliffhanger. I can't wait to see how they get through this all.

Good grief.... Book 2 was on fire!! Forsythia isn't so dead anymore, so training and finding her fated bond mate is on the agenda.. It seems one mate might not be enough for our Noctifer Witch, so keep reading this series that eventually will bring us a HEA, but it's not happening yet.
This one is full of action, learning truths, and finding family and losing some. Steamy parts for sure, bonding isn't easy work ;) I can never get enough of the banter and oh how clumsy one person can be, but it's okay, we all need some faults.
Must read if you know magikals, fated mates, second chance family, crazy family, half breeds, love, loss, coming into your own, and so much more.

This is an updated review since the book was re-released (07/21/2023) and I am still loving everything about this series! Forsythia is back with not one but two soulmates and Lucian is definitely a hot addition to the equation. In this book, we get more backstory on the characters and are introduced to some very interesting new ones. Forsythia gains much better control of her powers which comes in handy with some of the fight scenes and the soul bonds forming are so beautiful, magical, and heartwarming. As always there is plenty of laughter when we hear the thoughts in Sythia's head, I love her so much. The secret revealed at the end left me speechless and I am so excited to jump into the next book as it is updated.

This series is getting a makeover. Book one is already done. Now book two is done. There is new stuff added to the story. They each are getting a new cover. I really enjoyed this book. This is book two in Forsythia’s journey of being the Noctifer Witch. We start off with Forsythia training to get better to save Blake. As she is getting ready to leave she meets Lucian. He says he is here to help her save Blake. She feels a connection with Lucian. Join Lucian and Forsythia on their journey to save Blake. There are some parts of the story that make you laugh out loud. If you like books with supernatural creatures then this one’s for you.

In Noctifer Soul we get to learn a little more about Forsythia and how she meets her second mate. Along with some twists and turns, that happen along the way will keep you guessing.
G.R. does an amazing job getting you hooked on her books. I love her writing and how she keeps you guessing, but I get to the point of UGGG!! Why does she have to give us a cliffhanger like that?

I was absolutely shook when I started reading this book because of the previous cliffhanger. I was hooked right from the start! It continues with Forsythia and the “watcher.” Gr Loreweaver again with the BA FMA witch, the twist and turns; the slow burn, the characters and just the overall everything! I absolutely recommend it! Even with another cliffhanger!

This is an update version of this book, so if you read the previous version you definitely want to read this one too. Noctifer Soul picks up where book 1 left us. Forsythia goes to looking for Blake who was kidnapped. But she is still hilarious clumsy and with the help from her other mate Lucian, she will start her journey to find Blake. He will also protect her along. Even though you will definitely pulled in with the incredible characters and storyline be prepared for another cliffhanger.

Book 2 is picking up the pace in this amazing adventure and I couldn't be happier! (Well other than reading book 3) From the world building to the characters dynamic this book is an amazing continuation to the series!! Drama, danger, Magic, shifting, spice, humor, death and again magic! And I have a feeling the next book will skyrocket this series into an adventure of a lifetime. This book started seamlessly from the first. I just love the authors writing - its so smooth that it makes me feel like I'm a part of the book and along for the ride. Forsythia is having such a hard time as the story continues. She's feeling what Blake's feeling and it's hard to be away from him. There's some new additions to Forsythia's little group, interesting twists and turns and lots of action. Watch out for the cliffhanger! It's a good one!

Noctifer Soul by G.R. Loreweaver is the second book in the Noctifer Witch Series. This picks up where book one left off. Forsythia finally finds out who the Watcher is. NO SPOILER on who it is! Forsythia is still a strong, smart, sarcastic FMC. I just love her. Another cliff hanger - looking forward to book three to see where/what happens next!

Noctifer Soul is such an amazing addition to the series. I love the hilarious banter and witty commentary. Forsythia is one of my all time favorite female characters with how relatable and incredibly funny she is. Book two gave me so many emotions and I cried like a baby, TWICE! Forsythia's adventure continues in this second book of the Noctifer Witch series. It is full of magic, tension, humor, emotion, and twists. I am loving the development of Forsythia's relationships and character. This is well written with continued strong world building. I am enjoying this series more and more.
