A Modern Language Assocation book, it's filled with essays -- mostly from college professors -- regarding various approaches to the teaching of "Hamlet." As an English teacher, I gained many useful ideas/insights and am now a fan of the "Approaches to Teaching World Literature" series from the MLA.
