Sam Taplin grew up in a beautiful valley in Yorkshire, where he dreamed of being a writer, and after three years reading other people's books at university he started writing his own. He's been doing it ever since. When he's not writing about lonely rabbits or inquisitive bears, he likes doing card tricks, writing songs and playing long games of chess by the fire.

Don’t Tickle The… is another of our favourite series from Usborne for the smallest hands. The book is sturdy, it’s bold and bright, it’s silly, funny and tactile.

Don’t Tickle the Shark has all the elements we are now familiar with in this series and a big, not at all scary shark as well as lots of other sea creatures and, of course, sounds to accompany the pages too, get your dancing shoes ready for a sea creature disco when you come to the end!
