This book supports you in applying the CMMI for Acquisition. It uses a case situation with 5 characters to descibe all aspects that are important to make the collaboration between a acquirer and supplier succeed. This format makes it easy to read and helps to understand what the CMMI for Acquisition is all about, so that the model can be applied more effectively. Recommended reading for anybody involved in establishing and improving outsourcing, for both acquirers and suppliers.
