For the first time ever, it's two Junie B. books in one hysterical hardcover bindup! The perfect gift book for Junie fans!

Junie B., First Grader (at Last!)
It's a brand-new school year! Only, for Junie B. Jones things are not actually that pleasant. 'Cause first grade means having to get used to a whole new classroom. And a whole new teacher. And a whole new bunch of strange children. But here's the worst thing of all: when Junie B. tries to read words on the chalkboard, she can't seem to see what everyone else is seeing! IS it possible she might actually end up wearing . . . glasses?

Junie B., First Grader: Toothless Wonder
Yikes . . . one of Junie B. Jones's front teeth is loose! Only, Junie B. is not that thrilled about this development. Because what if she looks like toothless Uncle Lou? And even worse . . . what's all this tooth fairy business? Like, who is this woman, really? And what does she do with all those used teeth? So many questions, so little time.

some people can be really nervous when it comes to something as simple and cool as loosing a tooth. well of course one of the people would be my good old pal Junie B. Jones. when her front teeth is loose she starts asking all these crazy questions like people are out to get. her questions were, "what if i look like toothless uncle lou?" another question was "what was all this talk about tooth fairy's?" "who was the tooth fairy?" "what does she want with my teeth?" only if i was in the book i would tell Junie B. to chill out and trust that everything would be okay. see when i started loosing my teeth i never asked these questions. most of the time it was because most of my teeth didn't fall out they were either pulled out by my father or either accidentally knocked out by friends or family. like one summer at my friends birthday party we were all on the moon bounce and my older friend was swinging her arms back and forth. she knocked out one of my front teeth that wasn't ready to come out. then one fall we had a big hurricane a long time ago and my sister and my god sister were playing and knocked to of my teeth out. so in a way Junie b. i feel your pain literally.

My grand daughter is 2 1/2 yrs. old. It is a cute story, but it is to advanced to hold her attention yet.
