Tug boat Annie has the determination and hard nose to rule the Ocean on her tugboat -- with her husband's help who is often more of a hindrance then help! I love boats, water --- and the life of tugboat owners. This is just a delightful tale of a couple showing us the true meaning of life and marriage!

18 stories that span pretty much the entire life of Tugboat Annie’s appearance in the Saturday Evening Post, the earliest coming out in 1931 and the last in the collection from 1961. There’s a fair amount of repetition of standing jokes and similar situations but those that are post WWII do some to have a little more range to them. A solid three and a half stars but I don’t mind going up to four on this one.
