This book is a joyous romp that you don't want you or your little one to miss. The illustrations are so well married to the text that they practically speak. The pictures are stunning! The rhymes are sublime. But most importantly, a thoughtful message is so cleverly baked into the text, your child will learn while they are engrossed in a fantastic absorbing adventure. It is kid lit perfection. Charlie is a spunky heroine children will not only relate to- but can't help wanting to travel with -on her next fantastic adventure.
So so well done Ms Grant and Ms Weaver. Hats off to imperfection in a perfectly crafted beautifully written and illustrated story.

🍁 Cindy is one of my most favourite children's book author and undoubtedly she makes me smile and laugh with her writing every single time. This book is really brightened my day.
I love the illustrations so much, they're so beautiful and colourful and correctly help to convey the message. The book has multiple themes and morals that a kid will learn by simply reading it. I loved the fact how easy it is made by the author to understand each and every single theme through love and laughter.
A book about self confidence and self love that truly won my heart and not just kids even adults can enjoy it. Charli is such a fun character to know. It made me laugh as much as last ten books collectively didn't. No doubt, it's definitely a must read. Go for it.

Celebration of You!
Charli really doesn’t like her belly button and worries that it might do something crazy! But when she finds out the true history of belly buttons, she realizes that it’s pretty cool and made from love. A celebration of a body part not often talked about in a really fun unique way. Cindy is master of rhyme and always makes us laugh. Katie’s illustrations are (once again) captivating and enchanting. I also loved the nods to Cindy’s first book- Oodles and Oodles of Noodley Noodles. A must read!

An adorable and FUN read!
This is such a cute story, and so much fun to read! Kids will love this silly rhyming book with beautiful and detailed illustrations. I love how the author teaches children how to embrace their uniqueness. The back of the book is full of interesting "belly button" facts, an empowering poem, and various activities that children will truly enjoy. Well done!

Must-have!
I am me - and that’s the way it should be! Fantastic message for EVERYONE. A new favorite of my three girls; especially my middle one loved Charlie from her first noodle adventure; but now even my sceptic oldest one became a fan. A great conversation starter about differences and kindness.

Adorable!
Appreciating our bodies is so important no matter how unique we look. A sweet children's book encouraging self-love... lumpy bumpy parts and all. Wonderful bonus activities at the end of the story and a great way to open dialogue about self-awareness and confidence with the kiddos. Beautifully illustrated - highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this book and love the character Charli. The story in rhyme was fun and the illustrations were beautiful. This is the second book we've read by this author and illustrator duo...and they don't disappoint! Highly recommend!!

This book is absolutely adorable! I think every parent should buy this book as it teaches kids why they have a belly button in the most creative way. I loved the rhyming story, and the illustrations are colorful and adorable!
