This is a very informative book, full of references and studies supporting the data presented. Even with all of the technical information presented, this was still a very readable/accessible book with great information on how to combat or prevent many of todays chronic diseases. I had this on my bookshelf for the last 4 years and had no idea what a great reference I had on the shelf.
