There's this company called Attic Journals (.com) that up-scales various books by turning them into journals. I found this specific copy from them at Book Con. I was surprised to find they had incorporated all the original pages into the journal. The book itself is a simple 2nd grade level science book that explains various levels of cuts/scabs, how blood vessels and nerves work, and how doctors can help with severe cuts and broken bones.
