The first half of the book discusses the psychological and mental preparation for gaining physical strength. The second half suggests an ideal diet and workout plan. The book covers a lot of information so the structure is very easy to follow and formatted so readers can refer back to specific sections. These sections are separated and laid out as a guidebook where the readers decide for themselves how to mentally prepare the reps and diet, for example. The diet also includes an ingredients list and method for readers if they wish to cook the healthy meals. The workout includes visuals so readers can use the images as reference when following the provided instructions.
