I love how carefree and reckless Nicki is. Diesel is the calm alpha male type. He has always known when to give her space or when to get up in it. These two are my fav couple so far. I can't wait to read the next one!!

Yay we are back to the Johnson sisters and this time it is Nicolette Johnson's time to give us a glimpse inside her journey. This is the second book in the trilogy and it is of course Nicolette and Diesel’s story and it’s one hell of a story. Ok so let’s state the obvious which is Holy hell I love Diesel and his whole alpha protective self. These two are on fire they are so combustible any little thing can just set them off and bam explosive. They have so much history and feelings they have to work through but it is a fun sexy time while they do. It is a funny entertaining sexy book you won’t want to miss that is for damn sure. Highly recommend and can’t wait for the final sister Keni and will it be the bitty professor or someone else well let’s read to find out.

This is the 2nd book in this trilogy, and this is Nicolette and Diesel’s story. Nicole is the middle sister, and she has a sharp awakening when she realizes how out of control her life is, and what happens in Vegas, does not always stay there. Diesel is Nicole’s best friend, friends with benefits, and co-worker, who is a sexy and protective alpha, and they complement each other perfectly. This is a well written quick read, with undeniable chemistry, fun, family, emotions, and love, which leads to a sweet read,

This is the 2nd book in The Johnson Sisters Trilogy and it was Nicole's book. And I knew it would be kinda crazy because well Nicole is crazy. But I have to say I was expecting more honestly. It was still good I just expected a little bit more wild. But oh my word Diesel is my favorite and I love how protective and Alpha he is. And oh how he really got over not wanting to share....loved it!! I knew he would be my favorite and I have no doubt he will stay that way even after book 3!!!

One Hour is the second book in the Johnson Sisters Trilogy written by the talented author Elaine Marie. I loved every second of this book. Damn, Nicolette & Diesel are perfect for each other. Their chemistry was steamy heat. The story takes place in a small Jersey town and in Las Vegas ( What happens in Vegas , Stays in Vegas.....) Nope!! If you are looking for something spicy but sweet and also swoon worthy, this book is the perfect choice. Can't wait for Keni's story!!!

Waking up hungover wondering who left open the blinds Nicki is rubbing away the sleep and squinting to see where she is as a tan tattooed arm wraps around her. What?
She vaguely remembers seeing the ink before. Who did she end up coming home with this time? That was her life...drinking and making bad decisions. She was the wild child among her sisters and getting drunk and going home with a random guy wasn't anything new.
Diesel is tending bar when Charlie comes into the bar posturing and sets Nicki's bra before him bragging about their night together. Although Diesel and Nicki are hookup buddies he is well aware of her issues, but doesn't need this jerk throwing it in his face.
After waking up in another stranger's bed, Nicki decided it was time to take stock of her life and needed to get away and clear her head. It was time she started making better decisions so she pulls up travel options. She can only afford to take off one day, but she finds the perfect getaway. Vegas baby!
But she needs someone to make sure she behaves on this trip and when neither of her sisters can make the trip she calls Deisel hoping he's not still mad at her. Nikki is a one-night stand kinda girl, but her one constant is Diesel and she is hoping this trip will put them back on the right footing.
I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. We met both Nicki and Diesel in book one and I love how Elaine Marie includes the secondary characters in each book in order for you to get the full dimension of the story and all its characters.
This story is totally different from her sister Dani's just as different as the sisters. Nicki and Deisel's sexual relationship is bedroom doors wide open and highly erotic especially when Diesel opens up and lets her see the real him.
This book is action-packed and full of surprises. It is highly erotic and smoking hot. Can't wait to see what is in story for Keni and her professor.

Story: This was a very short and sweet read. Of course, there was some spice mixed in as well. I enjoyed it far more than I thought I would. The story is as gorgeous as the cover in my opinion. The only problem I had with the entire book was longer. I also got another nugget of hints in this book for the third book. I'm pretty sure my suspicions are right on it and I'm so here for it!
Characters: It was really nice getting to know Nicolette and Diesel better in this book. I think I would have loved a handful of more chapters to get to know them even better. They are definitely perfect for each other.
Critiques: Nothing
Final Thoughts: This story was just so adorable! When I first started it, I was expected a bunch of cheesy romance and ultra spicy scenes. While I was partially correct, I was also wrong. It was so much more. I also wasn't weirded out by the story at all. I am just so impressed with how much the author packed into such a short story! It's intense and fun. I fully recommend!

This is my second book from Elaine Marie, and again I was not disappointed at all. This cover is absolutely beautiful! And I love Elaine’s writing style. It’s so descriptive and unique, as was this story. The characters were well-developed and interesting. I fell in love with Nicolette and Diesel immediately. Their chemistry was hot! Diesel is an alpha male who protects and tames his wild girl. They complement each other, and I really enjoyed experiencing their journey. I highly recommend this intriguing romance book! The second book in the Johnson Sister's Trilogy, One More Hour was incredible and hard to put down. I absolutely loved Diesel. The way he is so protective and an alpha is super sexy. Nicolette and Diesel are absolutely explosive together and I loved that. I loved reading about the two of them as they worked through their history and feelings for one another. The characters are strong and lovable. The storyline is amazing. This trilogy is sure to captivate anyone who reads it. I'm so excited for Keni's story.

Oh wow! Nicki is spicy and she owns that completely. I love the friendship, that attachment that she and Diesel have to each other. There's growth of the characters, an intensity there that they explore deeper as the story progresses. This one is extra spicy yet shows heart as well. I love these sisters and just how different they are but still close. I'm looking forward to the next story!

Nicki is the wild child of the 3 sisters. Until she she goes to Vegas with Diesel for a mini vacation. Little did she expect to come back be married and all.
