Introduction to Macroeconomics introduces students to everyday macroeconomic issues. The aim of the book is to allow students to become familiar with the concepts and terminology associated with macroeconomics, to be aware of the broad theoretical foundations of opposing views on a topic and to be able to critically assess relevant media reporting and discussion. The book takes a topics approach to contemporary economics, encouraging students to develop and build on their level of economic awareness.
