If I had to give a presentation, I'd use this book as a pocket guide. Even on a daily small scale, the tips are there.

Chunking it down with the method of three. Using 3 examples or power points to build your message around.

Effectively diagnosing the problem to build an interesting and relevant presentation.

The 8 parts of a powerful presentation. How to basically build the overall structure.

The storytelling formula to make it interesting.

I liked the essential take aways at the end of every chapter.

Then of course the essential toolkit at the last chapter. A good summary at the end esp for non fiction is so key.

The advice is good, but is primarily focused on the *how*. In a book format I would expect a deeper analysis explaining the *why* behind each piece of guidance. I'm otherwise left feeling completely overwhelmed with memorizing information. I'm glad that I read it and I do expect that I'll refer back to it.
