Manna from Heaven: 21 Days of Nourishment for the Soul
The Hebrew word for manna literally means, “What is it?”
God would provide this heavenly food for the Israelites day in and day out for forty years!
The Psalmist puts it this way as he recalls this incredible period in Israel’s history,
“He rained down manna for them to eat; he gave them bread from heaven. They ate the food of angels! God gave them all they could hold.” (Psalm 78:24-25)
Over the course of these next twenty-one days, it’s my hope that God would supply spiritual manna from heaven for our souls. Each day is meant to provide some nourishment from the endless feast that is God’s Word.
“Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.” (John 6:35)
With open hands and humble hearts, we pray, “Father, give us today our daily bread.”

a wonderful read
This book contains inspiring stories demonstrating the love of God. Complete with scriptures from the Bible. I found it to be a great read.

The Best of CJ Hitz’s Books
This was a MARVELOUS read. It was easy to read as well as easy to understand. After reading the first few days, I couldn’t stand waiting for the next day so I just sat down and read the whole thing. It was that good. I certainly appreciate him and Shelly sending out free books to read online. They’re all so nourishing to the soul. Thank you CJ!
