This book was so unexpected. I often don't read the summaries before I start with a book. I try to remember but it is also fun to be surprised. This book definitely surprised me. Elizabeth Martinez is a quiet woman who decides to go out for the first time on her 21st birthday. She picked the wrong club. Andre, the owner and known sex trafficker, was looking for a million dollar angel and he was running out of time. Liz fit the bill perfectly. She was bought by Oscar Ortiz for his son's wedding gift as a mistress. It was a long-standing tradition that the groom receives a mistress especially when forced to marry someone to improve the family's standing and not for love.

Antonio Ortiz found Liz and knew instantly that she would be his forever despite his marriage to a woman he despises. This unexpected story has twists and turns that will be unimaginable to readers. Antonio leads Liz into this unknown world with such tenderness and love that she thrives in it.

This story will make readers believe in love. Seeing Liz turn into a strong young woman with so much on her shoulders will take readers breathe away. Readers will run for the next book in this series and it will be well worth it.
