this was another winner in the Nightshade Guild series, the characters were what I was hoping for. It's great that this series is still going strong, I've enjoyed the previous 20 books in this series. I hope there is more in this series.

You get a lot of story in this novella. Jemma needs to connect with her dark fae side. An evil vampire has stolen her mage magic and she wants it back. This is a fast paced read and I enjoyed it.

This book is part of a much larger series but it's a short read. Jenna has lost her magic but the only way to get it back is to travel to the Dark Fae Realm and connect with that side of herself! Lots of twists and turns in this book, but thankfully she has Niam and Prim there to help.
This is a fast paced quick read. Jemma has her mage magic stolen from her, and has to journey to the dark fae realm to try and connect with her dark fae side . There are many surprises, and her pixie is just as cute as ever while being a bit of a bad ass at the same time. Good fun to read.
Lia is a brilliant writer. Her books have enchanted me. This book however I could not connect with. Good versus evil is always a theme. Yet this distinction of dark far and light mage just doesn’t make sense. I won’t read the upcoming books.
Wow what an excellent story...fast-paced and I couldn't put it down.
The characters are wonderful I especially love Jemma who needs to help the Nightshade Guild get their magic back. That means going to the Dark Fae world...is she ready to get in touch with her Dark Fae side or has Jemma taken on more than she can handle?
In this fast paced novella you will find yourself cheering Jemma and her crew on to get what they need to do done...I really enjoyed this novella and wished it was a little longer. Can't wait until the next book!
Thank you to Booksprout and Lia Davis for allowing me to read a digital copy of this book for an honest review. These are my words and my words only!
