Yet again, seamless writing between both authors. This pair writes well with eachother.

...road trip round 2 with a touch of mephitic air.

The group is off to see if they can find Trixie and maybe get some "bonding" time between Lakyn and Aftyn. How does Aftyn's emotions and Lakyn's patience hold up during this trip? Hmmm.

Lakyn being Lakyn, he takes control of this adventure with his smile and charm. 😁 Good ol' Lakyn. The interaction between Lakyn and Aftyn did have some father/son moments in the car. I wanted to smack Aftyn too, LoL.

During this adventure, Lakyn, Aftyn and the group stop at a few places, meet a few people, grab some party favors along the way, and have a little fun with an unexpected surprise. Dude...that surprise though. 😲
Did I find out who contacted Aftyn about his father? Did they find Trixie? Well, I can't tell you, you have to read for yourself.

I started of with a "Oh, shit!", followed by "let the balls drop" and finished off with a "WTF is happening?!" reaction. Can't wait for the next book! I neeeeed it.

This story starts with a bang, several outcomes I didn't not expect, and every time I turned around I was surprised!
Between some female anger getting the best of some people, others falling under the spell of Lakyn, and then those who don't fall for anything that comes out of Lakyn's mouth, you know it's going to be interesting. Through the entire road trip, you'll be faced with sorrow, blood, a little Satanism, and of course a few laughs. And the end? You won't believe what happens, and where we're left waiting for more!
When Yolanda and Jennifer take you on a road trip, you will definitely have a thrilling ride!

What a sequel! Honestly, I’m still speechless. Despite multiple twists and turns, there was some major character development going on, with Aftyn in particular. He finally proved that he is his father’s son and a rightful heir, even if the test proved fatal for a certain someone involved. And the ending - wow, definitely didn’t expect such a turn of events! Hot and gory, psychotic, and impossible to put down, “Mephitic” is a real adventure for all fans of everything dark and twisted. I already can’t wait to dive into book 3! I can only imagine what it holds…

Lakyn is in charge of the second road trip now, so welcome to Hell 2 everyone !! With old age, we can say that Lakyn has matured like an old wine. He is still an asshole and he is still interested in people who can admire and bow to him at all times. Daphne is ready to bow to Lakyn and do anything for him no matter what it is. She wants to murder her way with daddy Lakyn forever.

Poor Aftyn just wants his father's approval and Lakyn couldn't care less about his son. Aftyn is hurting a lot after loosing his friend Willa; he is realising how having Willa by his side was really important to him. Aftyn is waiting for the right time to kill both of them due to causing him so much pain.

Lots of blood, arguments and killing on the way to meeting aunt Trixie but we wouldn't want it any other way. This is the Meyer way of living your life: always be yourself, have a female snack with you along the way, manipulate people into doing your dirty business, be up for killing people and bow to him and only him. I am loving Aftyn so much and I can't wait to read book 3 to see what suprises Jennifer and Yolanda has for us.

ROAD TRIP PART TWO

This wonderful book picks up right where book 1 (Noxious) left off. We are on the road trip to hell, and the twists they keep on coming.
Aftyn has finally meet his father, and its not the happy reunion he was hoping for. Daphne the hitchhiker from book 1 shows' her true colors and Lakyn tiring to appease Ichabod agrees to go look for Trixie.
Well lets just say things are about to get real interesting

If I thought I hated Aftyn, I didn't realize how much I could hate his father. This book is so much more of a wild ride than the first for sure. I can not wait to see how this ends.
