Book was well-written but it's out of date hence the three stars. I kept reading it mostly for the "real life" stories. Those were informative as I learned that some symptoms I just passed off as other things were actually RA.

Helpful. I like the information on treatment options (covering NSAIDS, DMARDS, and Biologics) at the end. Though this was published roughly 10 years ago it covers some of the newer therapies my RA doc wants me to know about. It would be nice to have an updated version of that chapter with advancements of the last 10 years.
