This is an amazing book full of a ton of information, recipes, examples, and more. She lays out the problems you may be having and how bone broth might help you. And although this is not a cookbook per se, there are quite a few recipes including ones to make your own bone broth - chicken, beef, and fish. And what to do with the broth once you’ve made it. I like how she doesn’t believe in deprivation diets, that you should just choose better food. That w need fresh, organic food and ones with label words we can actually pronounce and understand. We should also reduce sugar, artificial sweeteners, dairy and gluten. She has a lot of recipes for soothing a rough stomach and more.

Recommendation: Definitely recommended, especially if you have stomach issues.

I never knew all the goodness was in the broth my hubby was making! now, I'll make sure I'll finish to the last drop.

There is a ton of useful information and great sounding recipes in this book! I love how Dr. Kellyann makes it sound so simple to add more protein and collagen to your diet by sipping on bone broth.
