I sound bitter obviously. But this is me screaming into the void because I need to say it somewhere and accept it.

That feeling when you catch someone lying to you, and the way they did it was so nonchalant and normal, that you have to then question anything they have ever said with confidence.

The worst part was how ego bruised I felt after catching my wife in the dirty act of being dominated by another man. My pride as her husband was assaulted.

Unsure, confused, and frustrated, the combination of a failed marriage. And should it continue further at this point, you will just be treading water in a lonely ocean. As you well know your efforts will cease and you’ll eventually sink. Your heart may be into salvaging what is left, but are those crumbs worth bending over for? A shock to the system might help, I slapped divorce papers on the counter in front of her and walked away. Let her wiggle out of that!

In actuality, the final days of a dying relationship are really hard, and rarely goes according to all hopes and best laid plans. I tried to accelerate my plans and kept working on them. But unknown to me, life had other plans for me. I call it SWEET CHAOS.

Not sure what message the author wanted to send with this story. It isn't really a cheating story. It also isn't a revenge story after cheating or a happily ever after story either. Guy gets an offer from his female boss to marry her for 100,000 a year for 3 years. She wants to get the inheritance from her grandmother, and she needs to get married. He agrees. He doesn't tell her that he used to be married and has 2 children with his ex-wife that he visits every month. She cheated on him, and he divorced her. They have sex twice after being married for 18 months. Once to consummate the marriage and the other time on their 1-year anniversary. Things comes to a head when his ex-wife gets sick and dies and he needs to take in his children. He still hasn't told his wife this and she comes back home after being away for a couple of weeks to find strange people living in her home. He tells her his story and she has a break down telling him that the business isn't doing well, and she needs his help. They both sort of love each other even though they have been together for 18 months and hardly have any connection to each other. The story ends with him running the company and her getting pregnant and wanting to stay home with the kids. I still don't know the point of the story. It wasn't interesting and I felt no emotional connection. I also can't believe he would hide having kids for that long. What was the purpose of doing that? Yeah, this one didn't make any sense.

Well written, great flow, excellent story. Definitely worth the read. Hopefully they get a bit of "happily ever after"... thank you.

a fun read

This was a feel good story, with some sadness. Good picture of a family growing to get here. Some funny parts, some parts to make you sad. Highly recommended
