Under the Devil's Sun is the second book I have read by Heather Hambel Curley, and I loved it as well. It was action packed, easy to read, suspenseful, humorous, with just the right amount of romance. Great world building and well developed characters. Loved finding out about Lorelei, Jude and Reed! Looking forward to reading more from Heather!

Living in a post apocalyptic world Lorelei (the MFC) has always been an outsider. With eyes of different colours that make her stand out as a split soul and that makes her target. After a boy goes missing in her town, she is blamed and the cast out to a certain death in the wilds outside. By sheer determination she survives and stumbles upon more survivors including Jude. With whom sparks fly but they rub each other up the wrong way. Lorelei has a purpose to fulfill. One she can save the world with Judes help. Ill be honest im not a huge fan of Post Apocalyptic books but i gave this one a try and i was pleasantly surprised. Its a fabulous read full of action, betrayal and amazing characters. I enjoyed it from start to finish. Couldnt put it down

This is the first book I've read by this author so I wasn't sure what to think. I picked it up and was drawn into the story within the first few pages. I literally spent all day reading because I couldn't put it down and finished it in one day.

This is a great post apocalyptic story that incorporates some fantasy elements into it. The world has been fully developed and the characters have a great complexity to them.

It's been a while since ive read a post apocalyptic story and i need to be in the mood for that kind of story and this book was a great read. Makes me want to read more of this genre. This was the first book by Heather Hambel Curley i've read and it wont be my last.
