Kyōsuke Shikijō is a high school student skilled in kenpō but slightly incompetent with girls, to the point that his interaction with them makes him get into painful situations. One day, he saves a girl named Aiko Himeno from bullies, whom he's immediately smitten with. When she is taken hostage as part of a bank robbery by a group of criminals, Kyōsuke is forced to take a disguise in order to save her without being recognized by the crooks. But when he accidentally puts a pair of panties over his head instead of a normal mask, he undergoes a transformation: due to the perverted genetics of his mother (an S&M worker), he is able to awaken the full 100% latent potential of his body! Running out with nothing but the panties and a pair of underwear on a near nude body, Kyōsuke, now christening his masked self as Hentai Kamen, uses his power and perversion to defeat the criminals and save Aiko. However, his troubles have only begun....

Cerita ini sangat tidak sesuai untuk golongan bawah umur. Komedi berunsur kuning. Punchline orang Jepun memang berjaya menumbuk abdomen aku yang sakit asyik gelak golek-golek.

Aku ada layan sikit live-action movie dia, afa lari sikit dari manga ni yang diubah mengikut kesesuaian. Pastinya tiada anime kerana unsur kuning yang sangat tidak sesuai untuk tv.

Selingan yang baik untuk perjalanan aku nak habiskan one piece.

Sympathique, a l'ancienne, oeuvre qui me fait penser a plein d'autres mangas de Slam Dunk en passant part Racailles Blues... les années 90 quoi!

The plot for this is surprisingly good when you figure that this is a "gag a day" manga that reuses a lot of typical plot devices. It's pretty cute and despite its obvious pervertedness and the problems it might bring to US distributors, I'm really surprised that this hasn't been picked up. It'd do rather well.
