She studied Practical Theology and music at Christ for the Nations in Dallas. She has had many small works published in periodicals and one self-published volume of short stories and poems. She and her sister, Cherie Haines own several online stores featuring Cherie's photographs and Angela's prose. Angela is currently working on her latest novel, a children's book.

Indeed a tale of kindness
‘Henry and the Bullfrog’ by Angela Castillo is indeed a tale of Kindness.
At night, the animals come together to listen to the concert. The Peeper brothers, Lady Loon and Cricket start the concert, they announce the big star ‘Bullfrog’. But one night, before the singing started they see a flashlight in the wood. It’s a boy Henry. He finds bullfrog and put him in a big jar to take him to his home. Bullfrog is so sad that he can’t sing anymore. Henry’s wondering how that comes. One night, when Bullfrog’s friends are singing to let him free, Henry understands that Bullfrog needs to be set free and put him softly in the grass, and soon the concerts start again.

Kindness goes a long ways
What a sweet book about being kind and thinking of others. A young boy named Henry stumbles across a slew of animals enjoying their nightly chorus of music and decides to take the bullfrog, the star of the show, home with him, to enjoy the music for himself. But bullfrog won’t sing for him, so Henry has to make a decision - set him free or keep him captive?

WildKind series is so fun!! i love these 3 books .. my most fave is Henry and the Bullfrog or Nyima and the Blue Bear, don't get me wrong i love the Arctic Friends as well but the illustrations / coloring of those pics are just so pleasing more??! great illustrations. so fun. check these books out. what great work.

Henry and the Bullfrog: A Tale of Kindness (WildKind) by Angela Castillo – This was a Bookbub freebie, but I think the series is on kindle unlimited. I really like how this series lets the animals tell you about their home while including a human friend in their adventures! Happy Reading!

Loved it
All three of my kids voted to give this 5 stars! Cute story to remain nd us not to take wildlife home with us. We loved reading the animal facts at the end, too!
