How Are You Feeling Today?

Rate this book
We were created as emotional and spiritual creatures—simply put, as people who feel and think. For many of us, over time, we lost the ability to connect through feelings, either because we were never taught or maybe it was discouraged. When this happens, we become impaired. When we don't know how to relate to our feelings, it can have a negative effect on our kids.

Alternatively, children who are helped to see that feelings are gifts, and learn the language to share those feelings, are more connected to themselves, others, and God. They are able to embrace core values and express behaviors consistent with those values in an ever-changing, challenging world.

In his new children's book,  How Are You Feeling Today? , Dr. Chip Dodd synthesizes his groundbreaking book,  The Voice of the Heart , into the simplest possible form for young children (ages 2-11).
