I’ve been very invested in autophagy and grabbed this book to read from Kindle Unlimited. I had read some studies, but wanted tips and recipes. This offered both. I appreciate the multiple fasting options. I had attempted a fast a couple weeks back based on a study I read, but after 2 days gave it up. I was not prepared. This book offers tips and recommendations on preparing for the type of fasting you want to utilize - for example, intermittent vs. 24 hour. Glad I read this. It’s a fast read. Perfect for my attention span.
