This is a manual type of book. Pick up, implement and you’ll be good.
For me the book has a lot of instructions I’ll probably get back to when I’ll need to describe someone, give advice or write something up on the topic similar to this one.
In a lot of ways it’s a “soft skills fundamentals” book and I would recommend it to anyone who starts on the professional self-improvement journey.
4 stars because of repetitive content.
