I read this for a class and felt I wish we read it faster / earlier. I would have even read it in the summer before the class had started had I known. Because we paced it out through December, I read it feeling I wished I knew the information earlier.
I plan to revisit this book in the summer to plan out year 2 of coaching. It will help get the year off to a strong start and is filled with many practical ideas.

Read all of Sweeney books- found this resource the most beneficial- less redundancy. Used intentional and concise language. Plan to use when I provide literacy Coach and administrative training.
