Not sure who "Butler" is but my copy (with a different cover but the same ISBN) lists the editor as Joy Graeme, the arranger of the music as Robert DeCormier, and a foreword written by Pete Hamill, and copyright claimed by Tiparm which as I recall is the corporate id for the Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem back in the day). The 75 songs presented can all be found among the recordings released by the Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem over the years. Each accompanied by some discussion of the origins of the song and tune.
